The Wellness Method is a mobile assisted stretching service serving the Pullman and Moscow community that provides individualized sessions designed to improve mobility, increase range of motion, support neuromuscular function, and reduce muscle stiffness and tension.

Each session combines assisted stretching, mobility work, and targeted strength techniques to help your body move more efficiently and feel stronger in everyday life.

Unlike traditional fitness training or massage therapy, sessions focus specifically on functional movement and mobility, using both passive and active techniques tailored to your body, goals, and limitations.

The goal is simple: help you move better so you can live better.

The mission of The Wellness Method is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free through personalized stretch sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, and functional strength.

My vision is to redefine how people care for their bodies by making mobility and strength accessible, intentional, and sustainable.
